JOEY New York Moisturizer with Ginseng

A lightweight oil-free moisturizer with specially formulated plant extracts to help inhibit oil shine and absorb excess oils as it shrinks and tightens the look of large pores, plus Ginseng to help nourish and oxygenate skin. Can be worn alone, or for a matte finish, under makeup.

Directions:

Apply over face and throat in light upward strokes. May be used morning and night.
